Why 4XLED?

4XLED (“4 eXtreme use LED“) is a trade mark established in 2008, belonging to one of the leading European outdoor LED lamp manufacturers. Development and production of 4XLED products is placed in Poland.

Advantages of 4XLED lamps:

• TOUGH, DURABLE BUT INCREDIBLY SMALL CONSTRUCTION
  Precision milled housing, made of high strength aluminum 2017A alloy, so called duraluminium. Nevertheless, the lamps are by far much lighter and smaller than other products with similar lighting power.
• WATERPROOF HOUSING
  Very effective sealing, IP68 or IP69K grade, both sides of the glass are sealed, the lamps are equipped with screwed front bezels (NOT an adhesive bonded front glass).
• EXCHANGEABLE GLASS
  Hardened Gorilla Glass in SM4 or thick acyle front glass in Lucy, practically not breaking. However, in the event of a break, it is exchangeable.
• LATEST CREE LEDS
  Best available LED diodes. Selected Cree diodes from the last series.
• BEST QUALITY LENSES
  Best available optical lenses, selected for maximum range and side illumination at once. We are using no cheap lenses integrated in front glass, giving 10% less efficiency.
• HIGH PERFORMANCE ELECTRONICS
  The real efficiency of our integrated in the lamps power converters, achieves 98%. Therefore, our lamps need 10-20% less electrical power than most other products with similar power input. Another feature are the integrated interference filters, making the lights “quiet” even near to very sensible aircraft radios.
• DURABLE CABLE
  The electrical supply and wirings are carried out with highly flexible, halogen free, frost elastic and durable cables, terminated with well proven water tight industrial grade connectors.
